Chaplain Assistants
Support chaplains during facility visits
Help facilitate services, classes, and distribute materials
Requirements: Background check, training, and security clearance
Administrative Volunteers
Assist with correspondence, office operations, and event planning
Requirements: Organizational skills and consistent availability
Religious Materials Coordinators
Organize and track Qur’an and prayer rug donations
Prepare and manage material distribution
Requirements: Detail-oriented and dependable
Community Outreach Volunteers
Represent MCSVA at events and fundraisers
Help raise awareness about incarcerated Muslims’ needs
Requirements: Strong communication skills and mission understanding
Special Skills Volunteers
Graphic designers for materials
Translators for non-English-speaking families
Legal and IT support volunteers
Requirements: Relevant professional experience
How to Get Started
